Effect

When you take damage, activate a Frigid Shield for 6 seconds that Chills enemy attackers and absorbs damage equal to 1.5–3.6 of your base damage + 1458. Cannot gain Frigid Shield more often than once every 20 seconds.

Effect at rank 10

When you take damage, activate a Frigid Shield for 6 seconds that Chills enemy attackers and absorbs damage equal to 3.6 of your base damage + 1458. Frigid Shield also grants your attacks a 60% chance to Chill enemies. Cannot gain Frigid Shield more often than once every 20 seconds.

From rank 5: Increases chance to find Magic Items by 15%.
