Raw Pressure

Legendary Off-Hand from level 30 retired Monk

Legendary power

Exploding Palm now dashes forward, dragging enemies along its path before striking with fire and ice, dealing damage and applying Burn and Chill.

The Veradani monasteries are as different in martial technique as their thousand and one gods. Yet they agree on a simple precept: always keep your foe on the defensive.
