You are untargetable during this attack and all consumed Zephyrs return when it ends. Each Zephyr consumed by the dash grants additional charges. Legacy's Breath Legs · Zephyr Surge When Zephyr Surge consumes a Zephyr, it increases your Critical Hit Chance by 4–7% for 3 seconds, up to a maximum of 12–21%. Sunken Abyss retired Off-Hand · Zephyr Surge Zephyr Surge now causes you to tumble away from your target as your throw multiple blades at them and other nearby enemies. When a blade lands a Critical Hit it will shatter in two, striking the target again.
