Vile Mother

Vile mothers are drawn to fecundity on Sanctuary; no few scholars believe that their presence can poison the hearts of any born nearby. A vile mother spawns its tormented offspring in a painful instant; they instinctively burrow inside the bodies of the slain even before their eyes have fully opened.
