Sacred Shieldholm was an attempt to reproduce the inspiring vistas of the Heavens with terrestrial materials and terrestrial defenders. After Morwith stole the Pathstone from Ancients' Cradle, the cradleguard constructs reacted with rage, attacking pilgrims and shrugging off the wards that formerly commanded them.
