Up and Over

Legendary Off-Hand from level 38 Monk

Legendary power

When Flying Dragon deals damage 3 times, you explode with energy, dealing (64 % + 32) damage to nearby enemies knocking them up (cannot occur more often than once every 5 seconds on the same target).

Ivgorodi monks sometimes toss and catch multiple large stones in the air to train their coordination. The exercise proves useful in both battle and celebrations.
