Seamount's Helm

Legendary Head from level 50 Tempest

Legendary power

If Riptide inflicts loss of control or knockback on an enemy, the damage they take is increased by 10–19% for 3 seconds.

The artist who crafted this helmet enjoyed charging into waves and being pushed back ashore. He swore that he could see a beast playing with him and sought to capture its visage.
