Legendary Shoulders from level 38 Druid

Legendary power

Bound (Werebear) increases your Movement Speed by 40% for 3–5.7 seconds when hitting an enemy.

Corum ambushed fey by hiding near the paths away from their holts. As one of the creatures passed, he would swat it with a tanglevine knot and run away laughing. He only succeeded a few times. Lyutah made this to commemorate him.
