Mercy's Plight

Legendary Off-Hand from level 34 Blood Knight

Legendary power

Shadow's Edge now marks enemies, causing them to erupt for (120 % + 60) additional damage, when reaching 4 marks.

The sound of liquid sloshing in this censer is soothing, though it moves in turbulent, unnatural patterns that belie the holder's emotions.
