Legendary Chest from level 50 Warlock
Blood Offering now drains Life from your Soulgorger, creating a shadow clone of it with all the same effects it currently had active.
A summoner must put themselves in mind of those they summon. Imagine yourself one of many, returning endlessly to the same hunting ground, identical in every regard save your kills and your tributes.
Total Annihilation
Chest · Blood Offering
Blood Offering now causes your summons to apply Oblation Marks to enemies they hit. When you hit a marked enemy, the mark detonates, dealing additional damage.
Under Pressure

Blood Offering now empowers your Soulgorger for a short while, increasing its Critical Hit Chance and healing it periodically. If your Soulgorger is dead, you can also sacrifice a portion of your Life to summon it back immediately.
Pawn Lure
Legs · Blood Offering
Blood Offering deals 6–11.4% increased damage for each active summon, stacking up to 5 times.
