Horns of the Hexed

Legendary Head from level 30 Blood Knight

Legendary power

Siphon Blood is no longer Channeled and now moves with you, dealing damage and draining the life of nearby enemies.

The gnarled horns serve as a blood knight's last resort in battle. While they appear delicate, they're able to repeatedly gore enemies without snapping.
