Condemn now fills your soul with Valor's Retribution for 5 seconds, causing every Primary Attack to unleash a lightning bolt at your target, dealing damage to all nearby enemies.

Condemn now grants you Reprisal, reducing the damage you take. Upon expiration Reprisal will explode, damaging and knocking back nearby enemies. The explosion radius and damage are increased for each Primary Attack you receive while Reprisal is active.
