Steps

Reach the South Wall of Stormpoint Keep
With the alchemical explosive you and Esmund found, you should be able to enter Stormpoint Keep while the cult is laying siege to the opposite side.
Find the Bridge
Stormpoint Keep's battlements hide the path to its prison. Find the northwest bridge that will get you closer.
Kill the Demons
The massive flying demon crushed Stormpoint's defenses on the bridge, and left a smaller invasion force of demons behind. Defeat them and continue your advance into Stormpoint Keep.
Cross the Bridge to Stormpoint Keep
Stormpoint Keep's forces have been dealt a major blow. Cross the bridge and enter the fortress proper to support the soldiers against the Burning Hells.
Defeat the Invaders # Talk to the Soldier
The Cult of Terror has reached Stormpoint Keep's interior. Defend injured soldiers and push the cult back.
Kill the Cultists
Slay the emerging cultists before they push any deeper into the fortress.
