2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Details on data processing by All-Inkl: all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen.
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the hosting provider. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable provision of this website).
3. Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, IP address, and time of the server request. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).
4. Cookies and Consent Management
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A cookieless, anonymous audience measurement is in place (see section 5).
Only when you log in to a user account (see section 6), a strictly necessary session cookie ("raiddex_admin") is set to keep you signed in during your session. It contains nothing but a random session identifier, expires when you close your browser or after prolonged inactivity, and is not evaluated for any other purpose. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (provision of the account); strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (§ 25 (2) no. 2 German TDDDG).
Technically, a consent management layer (Google Consent Mode v2) is in place with all categories (advertising, analytics) set to "denied" by default. Should we use third-party analytics or advertising services in the future, this will only happen after your explicit consent via a cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) German TDDDG); this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Audience Measurement (Visitor Statistics)
We operate our own cookieless audience measurement to statistically evaluate the use of our website (e.g. number of page views, popular pages, approximate visitor countries). This sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses.
To distinguish visits, an irreversible pseudonymous hash is derived from the IP address and browser identifier using a random value (salt) that rotates daily and is then deleted. Recognition beyond a single day or any re-identification of your person is therefore impossible. Country assignment uses a local, offline GeoIP database (DB-IP Lite); the IP address is used only briefly in memory and is not stored.
No personal data is transmitted to third parties. The anonymous statistics are deleted automatically after no more than 14 months. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data-minimizing, anonymous audience measurement). As no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under § 25 German TDDDG is required.
6. User Accounts (Registration)
You can voluntarily create a user account on this website to save and publish your own builds. We process the following data:
- Display name (freely chosen, does not have to be your real name)
- Email address (login, confirmation and password-reset emails)
- Password — stored exclusively as a modern hash (Argon2id), never in plain text
- Times of registration and last login
- The builds you create
When you publish a build, your display name is shown publicly alongside the build. To prevent abuse, your IP address is briefly used for rate limiting during registration and password reset (only as a hashed file name, automatically deleted after no more than one hour).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (provision of the account). The data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can have your account deleted at any time by sending an informal email to info@immo-media.de; your builds will then also be deleted or, on request, anonymized.
7. Fonts
This website uses web fonts that are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is established; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
8. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser bar.
9. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint
In the event of data protection violations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
11. Validity of this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is effective as of August 2026. Further development of the website (e.g. introduction of user accounts, analytics or advertising services) may require updates. The current version can always be found on this page.
