No Second Chances

Legendary Off-Hand from level 34 Tempest

Legendary power

Wind Edge becomes empowered when you use a Skill causing your next 2 Primary Attacks to deal (60 % + 30) additional damage to nearby enemies.

As the empresses’ power winnowed, they argued about how to share what remained with their children. Ksathra would uplift a chosen few, that they could shepherd their fellows; Mehrwen would provide a small amount to all, that none would claim dominion. Now they are gone, and nearly all of their power with them.
