Legendary power

When Blade Dance hits an enemy, it applies Wind Shackles for 3 seconds, dealing (30 % + 15) additional damage for every 5 attacks the enemy receives. Cannot occur more often than once every 0.3 seconds to the same enemy.

The waves are as cruel as they are deadly, laughing as they rake your body across jagged shells and fill your wounds with brine.
