Legendary Head from level 30 Blood Knight
Spear Flurry deals 20–38% increased damage to enemies suffering loss of control.
This helm was shaped by Fernam, founder of the blood knight order, to symbolize his war against the darkness. Placing it on your head redoubles your courage, though somehow you know the feeling is false.
