(4) Archon stacks also increase your Attack Speed, Armor, and Resistances by 1%.
(6) You gain 1 Archon stack when you hit with an Archon ability and Archon stacks also reduce damage taken by 0.15% and have their damage bonus increased to 100%.
In Season 40, Angelic Crucibles sanctify a legendary item: perfect Ancient-level stats plus one of three powers of your class at random. You can only wear one Sanctified item at a time. For this build the Storm Armor and Arcane Orb powers apply, because it uses those skills. This build sanctifies Unstable Scepter, marked in the gear above.
