Repeats deal 50% less Damage
Maximum Buff duration is 5 seconds
600% of Empowered Skill's attack time is added to this skill's cooldown, to a maximum of 30 seconds
Empowered Attacks Repeat +2 times, and a further +1 time per Frenzy Charge consumed
