Enshrouded Patch 1.0.1.0: boss fixes, wand cost changes and base fixes

by RaidDex Team · Published:

Key facts at a glance

  • Keen Games released Enshrouded Patch 1.0.1.0 (version 1283531) on November 2, 2026, the first update since version 1.0.
  • Bosses now stay engaged longer and no longer suddenly regenerate health during ranged fights.
  • Wand attacks and Whirlwind Crescendo cost less, and the Aerial Wand Attack now uses mana instead of stamina.
  • Dozens of fixes for bases, survivors, Sparkworks and flying build mode, plus better multiplayer stability.
  • On PC, several save data migration errors have been fixed.

Bosses and enemies

The headline change is to boss fights: bosses now stay in combat longer after being attacked, even when players are far away. Previously the Fell Monstrosity could start recovering health while being shot at from range. Boss music no longer cuts out mid-fight, and the Dragon Youngling now properly enters its defeated state so loot drops.

  • The Wispwyvern and its undead counterpart can be targeted by totem spells and summons again.
  • Ancient S.P.D.R. Constructs are harder to lure into spots where they stop moving or attacking, and the shielded Ancient Construct now has shield cooldown phases.
  • The Fell Vinebloom's area attack deals less poison damage, and Scavenger proximity mines have a smaller blast radius.
  • A Vukah Brawler no longer spawns inside a cave wall, and enemies next to Cyclopses are easier to target.
  • Defeated enemies no longer need two interactions to loot, fewer Fell enemies drop nothing, and elite flying critters give more XP.

Combat, skills and controls

Patch 1.0.1.0 lowers several resource costs while closing a wand exploit. Animation-cancelling each wand shot with a block no longer boosts attack speed, and in return the numbers were adjusted:

New players will find extra food on the path to and inside the first cave, and purple berries are easier to spot. Perk descriptions for mana, health and stamina leech were updated.

Bases, survivors and building

A large share of the fixes target player bases. Fish no longer occupy the beds farm animals need for offspring, and survivors can't be pushed when their roaming distance is 0. The Sparkworks workbench now appears in the workshops overview, Sparkworks props can no longer be destroyed by attacks, and the factories page can be sorted by name, remaining time and product.

  • Props can be destroyed with the pickaxe in flying build mode, and taking damage now cancels the mode immediately.
  • Overgrowth can be removed from buildings again, and Finetune Mode is easier to see.
  • Recipes: crab cakes accept any milk, big farm animal beds take any wood, and two more craftable lore weapon versions were added.
  • Azure Russula seedlings are cheaper to grow in farm beds.
  • Quest-reward hairstyles had been unlocked by mistake; that is fixed, but characters keep any hairstyle already chosen.

Technical and PC fixes

On PC, the patch fixes several causes of save data migration errors. Keen Games asks players who ran into problems to try the migration again, and the memory budget was raised for saves with many bases. AMD graphics cards get new settings, a few keybinding issues are fixed, and several crashes are resolved. Hosting worlds with very large bases is more stable in multiplayer, and flickering shadows were reduced. Some grappling hook anchors now work as intended.

Every enemy, skill and recipe is listed in the Enshrouded database.
