Enshrouded Hotfix 1.0.1.2: recipes and crashes

Keen Games released Hotfix 5 for Enshrouded on November 4, 2026: version 1.0.1.2 (build 1287369).
Pinned recipes now stay pinned – a small bug that, according to the team, a lot of players wrote in about.
A rare water-related crash and a very rare endless black screen when logging into certain worlds are fixed.
Deprecated items and deprecated blueprints no longer crash the game.

What Hotfix 1.0.1.2 fixes

The fifth hotfix since version 1.0 is small, but it removes an annoyance many players ran into while crafting: recipes you had pinned would drop off the display again. From now on they stay pinned. The team thanks players for the numerous messages about it. Every recipe and its ingredients are listed on our Recipes page.

Enshrouded: an armored player mines blue crystals from a rock with a pickaxe — Gathering materials for a recipe is easier now that pinned recipes stay on screen.

The hotfix also brings four fixes for crashes and loading issues:

Fixed a rare water crash.
Taking a deprecated item into a world no longer crashes the game.
Fixed a very rare endless black screen when logging into certain worlds.
Using a deprecated blueprint no longer causes a crash. More on construction is on our Building page.

Bug reports make a difference

Keen Games says many of these crashes were first reported by affected players, often with files that helped the investigation. If you run into a problem, press F1 in-game and choose Report a bug, or open a request through the Keen Games help portal.

Enshrouded: a player swings with the grappling hook through ivy-covered jungle ruins — Bugs can be reported straight from the game with the F1 key.
