The Unleashed
The Unleashed is a unique Body Armour in Path of Exile 2 based on Revered Vestments. Modifiers include (150–250)% increased Armour and Energy Shield; +(10–20) to Strength and Intelligence; (15–25)% of Damage taken from Hits bypasses Energy Shield if Energy Shield is below half. It requires level 65, 67 Strength and 67 Intelligence.

Gain 1 Runic Binding on Hit with Spells, no more than once every 0.5 seconds
Lose all Runic Bindings when you Shapeshift to gain that much Unbound Potential
