Modifiers include Allies in your Presence deal 1 to (56–70) added Attack Lightning Damage; 50% of your Base Life Regeneration is granted to Allies in your Presence; +(5–10) to all Attributes. It requires level 65, 17 Strength and 38 Intelligence.
