Effect by item type: +1 to maximum Mana per 3 Item Armour on Equipped Helmet (Helmets); Energy Shield Recharge starts after spending a total of, 2000 Mana, no more than once every 2 seconds (Gloves); Increases and Reductions to Movement Speed also, apply to Energy Shield Recharge Rate (Boots). It requires level 60 and drops from level 65.
