Effect by item type: You Recoup 50% of Damage taken by your Offerings as Life (Body Armours); One of your Persistent Minions revives when an Offering expires (Gloves); Sacrifice 10% of maximum Life to gain that much Guard when you Dodge Roll (Boots). It requires level 60 and drops from level 65.
