Carved Cunning is an Idol in Path of Exile 2. Effect by item type: Enemies which are on Full Life cannot Evade your Hits (Helmets); Prevent +5% of Damage from Deflected Hits if you've, Deflected no Hits Recently (Body Armours); Gain Onslaught for 4 seconds when your Marks Activate (Boots). It requires level 60 and drops from level 65.
