1. Donella: Come on, I'm just trying to help you get accustomed to patrol work! Now, let's get moving!
2. Pabien: Hey, who do you think you are, poking your nose into my business! Under whose authority?!
   • Calm down. I just want to see your Pioneer's Permit.
3. Pabien: Why would you want to see my permit? It's not like I ever renew it!
4. Pabien: You act like just because I had a bit to drink, I'm a criminal! Ridiculous... Whatever, here's the permit!
   • Thank you for cooperating.
5. Pabien: Bastards. You are the ones harming me. To hell with you all! (hiccup)
6. Ula: We have fish! The freshest fish the company has to offer!
   • Strange. No company trades in fish. Can I see your permit?
7. Ula: Relax, I was just looking after my friend's shop for a bit.
8. Ula: It was only for today. Here's my Pioneer's Permit.

4. Marton: Ah, I can smell that fresh sea breeze. An old man like me couldn't ask for better weather for strolling along the pier.
5. Marton: So, young one, what's come in today?
6. Grannan: You need a Pioneer's Permit to access the docks.
7. Grannan: The docks are off-limits to anyone without a permit.
