   • Alright.
3. Nadella: You'll need to build yourself a house if you plan on settling in.
4. Nadella: Talk to Sigg inside the community hall.
5. Nadella: She'll tell you everything you need to know to get started.
   • Got it, thanks.
6. Nadella: And if you ever need my help, just ask.
   • Yes, thank you.
7. House Architect Sigg: Need a hand with something?
   • I'd like to build a house.
   • I'd like to shop.
   • It's nothing.
8. Anerine: Hello [Player]! Looks like you've been promoted. But...you didn't claim your plot yet, did you?
   • Not yet. Where can I claim it?
9. Anerine: You can purchase a housing site charter from Roesin. She's in the building right next door. Once you have it, talk to Nivhen to get your plot assigned!
   • Thanks. See you again.
