- Renald: Aah! Wh-Who goes there?!
- What are you doing here?
- Have you seen a man named Edward?
- Your wife, Jennifer, sent me.
- It's me again. Can you tell me what happened again?
- My mistake. Farewell.
- Renald: You don't appear to be a pirate... What are you doing here?
- I defeated all of them.
- I snuck in here.
- Renald: Y-You did? Wow, you're incredible...
- Renald: Tell me, did you happen to see anyone wearing a Royal Army uniform?
- No, I didn't.
- Are you talking about Edward?
- Edward returned safely.
- Renald: Ah... I knew it. So this is it—there's no way out but to die, is there...?
- What happened?
- Renald: (sigh) I came here with the Royal Army officer.
- Renald: He practically dragged me here, but I guess I did offer to help him...
- Renald: But then, all of a sudden, he bolted out of here!
- Renald: If anything were to happen to him, none of us would make it out of here alive!
- Don't worry. He's fine.
- Renald: What happened? Did you rescue him?
- Edward went back safely.
- Not yet. I will be back.
- Renald: Really? That's wonderful! I was so worried...
- What happened?
- Renald: The thing is...he was the one who came to the fishing village first.
- Renald: Once he saw the situation, he said he'd save everyone from the pirates.
- Renald: Since he claimed to be an officer of the Kingdom's army, I thought he meant he'd bring soldiers and clear out the pirates.
- Renald: Then, out of nowhere, he made me an "honorary soldier" and dragged me all the way out here!
- Why were you so concerned about the safety of someone like him?
- Renald: If something unfortunate had happened to someone of his rank...
- Renald: It wouldn't just be the pirates at risk—our entire village would be in serious trouble.
- I see.
- Renald: But since you said he returned safely, I should head back too.
- Renald: I've been gone for days—my wife must be worried sick.
- Do you want me to come with you?
- Renald: No, I think we should part ways now.
- Renald: Thank you for everything. Goodbye.
