1. Virtanen: This is the Fairwind Federation. What brings you here?
   • I'm here in response to the observer request.
   • It's nothing. I'll come back later.
2. Virtanen: Yes? Do you have a question?
   • Where is the investigation team?
   • Where's the pier?
   • I'll need an official pass.
   • Is there anywhere worth checking out around Nightsky Harbor?
   • No, that's all. Thanks.
3. Eamon: Heh, busy day today. What do you want?
   • I'm here to pick up a shipment from the Eznan Royals.
   • It's nothing.
4. Eamon: You mean the crate with the Eznan royal seal?
5. Eamon: You're late. An officer already came by and took it.
   • You handed it over to someone who wasn't the recipient?
6. Eamon: What, you think I could refuse? Had a whole line of armed soldiers staring at me.
7. Eamon: Anyway, it's gone. Go talk to the Commander.
8. Eamon: The officer took it on his orders. Check the Commander's office.
   • Where's the Commander's Office?
9. Eamon: They really sent me a clueless one, huh? So you're not from around here.
10. Eamon: Alright, I'll mark it on your map.
    • Thanks.
11. Eamon: It's right behind the Fairwind Federation building. You'd have to be spectacularly lost to miss it.
12. Rodrigo: Who are you? You're not a soldier.
    • I'm an observer from the Fairwind Federation.
    • Where are the investigation supplies?
    • I must be in the wrong place.
