1. Barty: Oh! You startled me!
2. Barty: The place is crawling with Dark Blades! How in the world did you get past them all?
3. Barty: Anyway, perfect timing! I've been buying up run-down cabins all across Auroria and turning them into investments.
   • What can I do for you?
   • I'll come back later.
4. Barty: So? Any luck finding those deeds?
   • (Hand over the Hermit's Cabin Deed)
   • (Hand over the Carnas Cabin Deed)
   • I'll come back later.
5. Barty: Wow! You found both of them! Now I can finally wrap up this whole investment plan!
   • You're welcome.
6. Barty: Business has been going great thanks to those deeds you found for me. I really can't thank you enough!
