Is November 19 still the date?
Yes, as of mid-October. GTA VI has been delayed twice: in May 2025 from “2025” to May 26, 2026, and in November 2025 to November 19, 2026. Rockstar has stuck to that date since and confirmed it again in mid-October. No further delay has been announced.
Preloading opens on November 12, so digital pre-orders can start playing right away on launch day.
Is GTA 6 coming to PC?
Not at launch. Rockstar has not announced a PC version. A report from October 13, 2026 citing unnamed sources points to early 2027 – that is unconfirmed. GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 both reached PC well after the consoles.
Standard or Ultimate Edition?
There are two editions:
- Standard Edition ($79.99): the base game. Also sold boxed at retail – but the box holds a download code, not a disc.
- Ultimate Edition ($99.99): adds a collection that, according to Rockstar, spans every part of Jason and Lucia’s story.
The Ultimate Edition includes, among other things:
- the ’95 Grotti Cheetah sports car
- the ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy for the backwoods of Mount Kalaga, plus the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay with a weapon locker and a stash for stolen goods
- the Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers from the Vercetti Estate
- Rideout Customs, an off-road mod shop in Lake Leonida
- more vehicles, weapon variants, outfits, a tattoo parlor and barber shop, and a raid on a gang stash in Southside Vice City

The pre-order bonus
Every pre-order includes the Vintage Vice City Pack: the two-tone ’55 Vapid Stanier with a garage on Ocean Beach, 80s-style outfits and hairstyles for Jason and Lucia, and a weapon finish from the neon era. Digital pre-orders on the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store also get one month of GTA+.
