Day 14
Today's subject is unlike any before.
The devout Rodoth has finally offered his second son to the god, seeking atonement for his firstborn's escape.
The boy is strong—his body will endure the suffering required for divinity.
Day 23
The Dobavion experiments hold much to study. They overcome the limits of transformation in ways we never considered.
Rodoth's son is holding up better than expected.
He faced his first true trial and did not break.
Day 50
It is nearly complete. He screams each day, but pain is the price of rebirth.
Just a little longer—for the god's perfection.
Day 99
I have never witnessed the full creation of a Nurek before.
A flawless success it is. Faith turned flesh into a miracle.
Some disturbance followed the transformation, but that is expected. Not worth noting.
The Cult of Eternity's rites will evolve with what we have learned from the Dobavions.
