Chronicles of Auroria - Prologue

When I first set foot on the great harbor across the sea, I knew I had reached the world I had long dreamed of. The waters shone bright and the docks swelled with footsteps—some chasing gold, others heavy with sorrow for the homes they'd left behind. Yet what moved me most was neither rumor nor ambition, but the uncharted land of Auroria itself.
From childhood, I have studied the tongues and histories of the ancients for this very moment. The ruins once confined to dusty pages now rise before me, and perhaps even the lives of those who survived still endure. I have come to see, touch, and record these wonders.
The journey ahead will be perilous. Strange lands may greet me with rejection rather than welcome, and even my life may be at risk. But a world unwritten is a world unknown. If Nui's light still lingers here, I will seize it and bring it forth.
This book is my first step, and the testimony I must leave before my footprints fade.
