Field Bosses in Diamond Shores: All 19

Diamond Shores, the region of the Steam Next Fest demo, has 19 field bosses – from Great Wild Bear at level 5 to Pathwarden Jul at level 40. Here they all are on one map, sorted by level, with location, respawn time, the most important loot and a link that opens our world map right at the boss.

A “–” means we know of no fixed respawn. Loot lists up to three items besides the Corrupted Heart, which 16 of the 19 bosses drop.

Tip: Mad Anchor Krogal (level 8) and Poldat (level 9) both stand at the Cliffs of Madness. They only return every 60 minutes, but always drop the Hatora Ring or the Mad Pirate Hat plus a Tempering Stone.

Crimson Rift: Vanguard of Destruction

Numbers 16 to 18 share one spot in the south: Vanguard of Destruction (rank S), Harbinger of Oblivion and Rift Warden, all level 27. The Vanguard is the final boss of the Crimson Rift raid for 8 to 12 players with a 9-minute time limit. It always drops the Vanguard Armor, plus a Void Heart at 60 % and an Immortal Heart at 40 %.

Watch out: Pathwarden Jul in the Collapsed Northern Ruins is level 40 – the demo’s level cap. Leave him for last or bring a group. In return he always drops the Lunastone of Conquest.

Field boss achievements

Haunting the Shore: defeat 7 bosses in Diamond Shores – Pallatius the Severer, Mad Anchor Krogal, Poldat, Malchuk, Meliot (level 17), Gartez and Melancholy Clarus. Reward: 10 Hersander Tokens.
A Nightmare Laid to Rest: includes Ironfang Golgius, Flesheater King, Vanguard of Destruction and Pathwarden Jul, among others. Reward: 10 Hersander Tokens.
Trophies for 25, 50 and 100 kills exist for Giant Alligator Turtle (Victorious Shellshock), Vanguard of Destruction (Destruction Laid to Rest) and Rift Rancor (Silent Rancor).
