Manuel, the truth is that what we're doing here is illegal in every way. We have to conceal this project from the competition - that much is obvious, but more importantly so that NetWatch doesn't catch our scent. That's a little more complicated. I need the best algorithms your team's got - we have to update this ICE every few minutes. What about that permutational code you promised us? We also need a more traditional smoke screen - maybe our intelligence could incite some kind of provocation that would focus NetWatch's attention on some other parts of Night City? Or another city altogether?

Claudia, we're doing all we can. You'll get the ICE today - we'll handle NetWatch. In the worst case we'll grease their palms to look the other way. But let's not kid ourselves - you're the ones who're holed up in that bunker trying to circus-tame artificial intelligences, any of which - if let loose - could end the world as we know it. You know that's no exaggeration. My people will try to protect you from every angle. But if some rogue AI manages to escape, we're fucking done for. Remember that.
