Once you have the target vehicle, the fixer will tell you where to deliver it. In order to complete the delivery, you'll need to lose all pursuers first. And don't hesitate to accept the contract – the vehicle will disappear if you wait too long. But, if that does happen, Muamar will send another contract after some time has passed.
