Hi James,
I’m not sure whether you already started at your new position, but if not, here are the latest updates on our vehicle concept projects:
C-05-I: New color selection [ongoing] -- HQ
E-01-I: Restyling [ongoing] – HQ
E-04-I: Sent for production -- MegaPlant 04.
E-06-I: Design approved -- HQ
E-07-I: Concept phase --HQ
P-00-I: Model cancelled after testing incident. Blackout confirmed with media and police.
SR-49-A: AutoDrive update [ongoing] -- Night City
SR-56-S: VIP delivery next week. Special security measures in place. -- The Plex
SR-59-C: Design rejected by Directors -- HQ
SR-60-A: Concept phase -- HQ
SR-61-S: Requires further investigation in the Plex. Meeting with VIP’s 2nd assistant confirmed. -- The Plex
SR-62-S: Request assessment [ongoing] -- The Plex
T-02-I: Concept phase -- HQ
V-00-I : Proposal sent to Directors -- HQ
Project 4.10.2: Design approved -- HQ
All projects not listed here remain in the discussion phase.

Dear Arlene,
James has been removed from his role due to concerns over the ethicality of project 4.10.2. I am pleased to inform you that you have been promoted and will assume his responsibilities, effective immediately. You now report directly to me.
All further discussions about this project must be conducted via secure, designated channels. Thank you in advance for deleting all relevant documentation in your possession, including this email.
Please head directly to HQ upon your return from Night City - a Guinevere will be waiting for you. You will receive your new terminal, have the required cyberware suite installed, and begin work in the Silent division immediately. Your internal accommodation has already been arranged.
External communication will not be permitted. Please inform any close relatives that you will be on mandatory business travel for an indefinite period. If they inquire further, I recommend calling it a “teambuilding retreat”.
