that desert life
"that desert life" – email from Cyberpunk 2077. Hey there, Cal, how've you been? Nothing new here for me, and I expect that to be the trend. Always did consider myself a recluse so this life should suit me, yet here I am slowy eaten away by doubts.

Hey there, Cal, how've you been?
Nothing new here for me, and I expect that to be the trend.
Always did consider myself a recluse so this life should suit me, yet here I am slowy eaten away by doubts. It might just be possible protein farming isn't my life's calling. Either way I've got 6 more months, then we'll see. Maybe it's only the first weeks that're worst.
I was struck with an idea though – to start writing a fictional journal full of fanciful adventures adrenaline-pumping daredeviling. Someone will find my dusty bones one day and think, whoa, this was the most interesting man in the world... it's too bad he died of boredom.
But anyway – you? How's life? Say hi to the girls for me.

RE: that desert life
Hey, Rabbie, all OK here. Daisy's permanent teeth are trying to come in but her baby teeth just don't seem to want to fall out. It's like she's got two rows of teeth now, the little shark. If they don't starting falling soon, we'll have to yank them out – and I don't even know how to break that to her haha. Cece is quiet as usual. They miss their uncle and keep asking what you'll bring me. I keep saying corporate brochures and jars full of sand but they still don't find it funny.
By the way, I noticed your wrote more than usual but didn't mention Nyala once. I'm not sure that's a good sign or the opposite. I hope the six months in your contract is enough to give that noggin of yours a break.
Hang on out there. Take care of yourself for me.
