but check this out: the word "SPA" is an acronym, yeah? "sanitas per aquam" meaning "health through water" - and it just so happens solid WATER is... ICE!!! us runners use ice baths when we dive into the net -- spa, water, ice, bath, spa, it's all connected, a closed loop!
