I’m coming back with the software thing I mentioned the other day. The robot’s all set up – I need you to wipe the old programming clean so there’s not a trace of the previous owner on the board. Gotta upload all the new data from a shard I prepared. And I need this ware of yours to work flawlessly – The robot will tend the bar and serve customers, so no cutting corners here. Can’t have her glitching or crashing while she’s pouring hot coffee.
I will want to double-check it all before I send her to work. Sounds good?

Sorry but no such thing as flawless soft, especially with complex soft like this here. Ain’t a calculator so don’t expect perfect results every time. Shit will crash occasionally, just the way it is.
That said I can promise you high-speed customer service – she goes out n I’ll send you a patch or even pop in to install a hotfix and have hot coffee. Plus, I'll scrape the old ware. The bot will feel like new, trust me. I aim to satisfy.
