Due to the upcoming meeting of the Arasaka Corporation Supervisory Board, I am sending the following obligatory requirements:
1. During the meeting all floors above 40 will be closed off. All Arasaka personnel will be restricted access except persons with authorization level 0-1.
2. Threat level 1 will be activated three hours prior to the meeting.
3. Internal security must be reduced to the absolute bare minimum, including netrunners – only Dwellers should remain in the building to monitor key networks. The remaining erstwhile duties will be taken by independent specialists selected by Mr. Adam Smasher.
4. Any infringement of the above guidelines will be met with harsh penalties.
Please inform your subordinates in your relevant departments.
