Data from recent weeks show clearly that the percentage of corporate employees who agree to cooperate with us remains unacceptably low. On average, only 1.3 out of 10 accept the offer to join us.
There are several reasons: moral objection, fear of losing current career, lack of proper motivation. Although information about the "systematic hacking of innocent citizens' cyberware" is beginning to take root in the media, still 8.7 out of 10 candidates do not take the threat to their health and life seriously.
I see one solution only. We must intensify our efforts, accelerate recruitment. To do that we must:
- broaden candidate criteria
- shorten the time we give them to decide
- reduce the number of "warnings" from 3 to 1 (i.e. hacks of less critical implants)
This is a numbers game. We cannot afford to be picky. I expect a list of fresh names for Milko tomorrow.
