The ICEpick daemon installed on your cyberdeck can be uploaded by successfully completing a Breach Protocol.
It breaches the local network and lowers target defenses by reducing the RAM cost of quickhacks you might use against them. This allows you to use either more powerful quickhacks or a greater number of them at once.
