Quarantine Protocol and Core Operator - Clarification

Some slight clarifications to one of the points in the Quarantine Protocol in the facility: a designated netrunner connected to the CORE (hereby known as Core Operator) can take control of a number of devices linked to the localNet thanks to their simultaneous connection to the DATAFORT (precise paramaters outlined in the user's specifications). A situation may arise where the Core Operator may be required to take control of the ENTIRE sector of this facility, generating enormous strain on the operator's body and equipment, which is why in most cases the local lockdown protocol is deployed to prevent unnecessary interference between orders issued remotely and locally. The Operator's orders are transmitted via the DATAFORT access point in a given sector - if not all access points are active, the CONTROL LEVEL is lowered to a level that is safe for the Core Operator. This procedure is used primarily for experimental purposes (see specifications re: Project "Cynosure" and locating structures in the deep Net), though theoretically it can also be used as protection against a attack by a hostile netrunner and/or automated external attacks on the facility.
