According to the patient interview, the patient was trained as a basketball player in a special center, where he underwent a range of operations to enhance muscle strength and nerve conduction velocity. The patient also underwent several neural operations, as confirmed by MRI. The patient should continuously take medication to reduce aggression, delusions and general hyperactivity. Unfortunately, all medications to be taken by the patient are contraindicated due to potential drug interactions, which may lead to a worsening of the patient’s state.
