To all NCPD Pacifica staff,
Effective October 17, 2072, the NCPD Pacifica precinct is hereby disbanded and the contracts of all officers working therein are terminated. We suggest you leave the precinct in civilian attire in view of strong anti-police sentiments in the area. We have also received reports of planned riots in Pacifica, including a potential attack on the precinct itself, which is why we advise you to leave the building ASAP. The decision to disband the precinct has the full backing of mayor Lucius Rhyne.
