A vehicle's picture may display an icon to indicate that it comes equipped with a built-in feature:

As your Street Cred increases, AUTOFIXER will feature additional vehicles. You can also unlock vehicles by completing gigs for Muamar "El Capitan" Reyes. Completing vehicle contracts for El Capitan will earn you a discount on the AUTOFIXER netpage which increases with each subsequent vehicle delivery. The discount resets when you purchase a vehicle from him.
