Unfortunately, the terms were not upheld and the contract has been rendered void. We are currently negotiating with another contractor to finish the job.

We can slash the rate by 20%. You won't find anybody who will do it cheaper – and if they will, they'll botch it for sure. We have a reputation to uphold – the Aldecaldos never leave a job unfinished.
