NEURAL NETWORK STABILIZERS MUST ALWAYS BE ONLINE!

I'm sending this message out far and wide because it's really important - THE NEURAL NETWORK STABILIZERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE ONLINE. Yesterday's incident could've been avoided if only the netrunner was connected to the stabilizers. But he wasn't. Understand this - without neural network stabilizers a netrunner's brain isn't capable of withstanding an encounter with a rogue AI. The sudden volume of data required to be processed (in the form of an attack from the AI) literally fries human synapses that are already preoccupied with the mere fact of being in cyberspace. Traditional hardware and software support is just not sufficient, which is why we created the stabilizers and why every netrunner MUST be connected to them. Granted, it decreases performance by a few percent, but at least after a deep dive the netrunner'll be able to get up from his chair on his own without foaming at the mouth and bleeding from his eyes.
